Trumark Homes buys 195 lots for two new Bishop Ranch neighborhoods

The Trails at Bishop Ranch will include 67 three-story single-family homes and 128 three-story townhomes, with sales slated to begin in fall 2027.

Trumark Homes is adding to the residential component of Sunset Development’s Bishop Ranch mixed-use project in San Ramon, acquiring 195 lots for The Trails in Bishop Ranch, according to ConnectCRE.

The new development, located on the northwestern land of Bishop Ranch, will be built as two neighborhoods: Promenade at The Trails, with 67 three-story single-family homes, and Paseo at The Trails, with 128 three-story townhomes.

ConnectCRE also reports that Trumark said The Trails will be connected to Bishop Ranch’s master-planned community elements, including City Center, a 300,000-square-foot open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment destination.

The outlet reports that Trumark plans to launch sales for The Trails in fall 2027.
