Arch Insurance Australia rolls out Management Liability Plus on Ebix

Arch Insurance Australia has launched its Management Liability Plus product on Ebix Australia’s Sunrise Exchange, a digital portal aimed at brokers serving small and midsize organizations. Coverager reports the platform is designed to expand how brokers quote coverage, receive real-time referrals, and modify policies midterm.
The product coverage includes PR and crisis management costs, defamation, privacy infringement, personal cyber liability, and social engineering, alongside standard management liability protections. Arch also included additional benefits such as accident medical expense reimbursement, hospital cash indemnity, and annual travel insurance coverage.
Coverager also notes that Arch’s property leadership will change as Valerie Turpin, Division President, Property, is set to retire on July 1 after nearly eight years leading the business. The article says the company’s underwriter communications are supported through LiveChat as brokers use the Ebix portal.
