Drees Homes HR VP Pamela Rader selected for Leadership Cincinnati class 50
Leadership Cincinnati is a year-long program for senior leaders, with sessions focused on housing, workforce and economic development across the Greater Cincinnati region.
Drees Homes said its vice president of human resources, Pamela Rader, has been selected for class 50 of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber’s Leadership Cincinnati program.
The chamber’s year-long initiative convenes senior leaders from major employers, nonprofits and institutions to address regional issues including economic growth, workforce and talent pipelines, housing and community development, with an emphasis on cross-sector collaboration.
Rader, who has been with Drees Homes for nearly 20 years and leads the company’s HR function, will participate in immersive sessions taking place over the next year after the chamber released the class roster on Aug. 24.
HousingWire reports that the program can provide homebuilders like Drees with early insight into policy conversations around housing supply, land use, infrastructure and workforce development, topics Drees said connect to housing affordability, job growth and demand in the metro area.
