Hero MotoCorp to add to its Ather Energy stake in deal up to ₹1,758 cr
The purchase would lift Hero MotoCorp’s fully diluted ownership in Ather Energy to as much as 32.8%.

Hero MotoCorp said it will acquire additional shares in Ather Energy for up to ₹1,758 crore from an existing shareholder. After the transaction, Hero’s shareholding in Ather would increase to as much as 32.8% on a fully diluted basis.
Tejas Networks said it received a Letter of Intent worth ₹1,537 crore from Tata Consultancy Services for supply of RAN equipment and related materials for 18,685 sites under the BSNL 4G mobile network project, continuing an earlier disclosure from May 21, 2025.
ACME Solar Holdings commissioned a 15 MW battery energy storage system project in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, with its commercial operation date set for August 29. Zee Entertainment said the Securities Appellate Tribunal granted it additional time to issue 2.40 crore warrants to a promoter group entity, while state-owned NBCC secured multiple orders totaling ₹134.27 crore, including construction contracts for Kendriya Vidyalaya schools.
