Swiss Re names Ludovic Boulanger as Life & Health market head for France

Boulanger, who has nearly two decades of Life & Health experience, joins Swiss Re from Arundo Re, where he developed its Life & Health portfolio and managed partner relationships.

Global reinsurer Swiss Re has appointed Ludovic Boulanger as Market Head for Life and Health in France.

Swiss Re said the role will focus on strengthening its long term partnerships with clients and supporting development of the Life and Health reinsurance market in France, using both technical expertise and an understanding of client needs.

According to Reinsurance News, Boulanger has nearly two decades of experience across Life and Health insurance and reinsurance, including work spanning actuarial consulting, reserving and valuation, reinsurance strategy, and underwriting.

The company said he is joining from Arundo Re, where he most recently served as a Life and Health underwriter responsible for developing its Life and Health portfolio and maintaining relationships with existing partners.
