KB Home taps Casey Dare to lead Tampa division

HousingWire reports that KB Home has named Casey Dare, a 20-year homebuilding veteran, as president of its Tampa division.

Dare, who has spent the past decade at KB Home in roles spanning operations and customer service, most recently served as executive vice president for the Orlando division, the outlet says.

In his new role, Dare will oversee land acquisition, sales, construction, and customer service for the publicly traded homebuilder’s Tampa operations.

KB Home has been building in the Tampa market since 2002 and continues to add new communities as the region’s population and housing demand grow, according to HousingWire.
