Mortgage tech survey opens as lenders share tool experiences

STRATMOR said its 2026 Technology Insight Study will report lender satisfaction and a Lender Loyalty Score across mortgage technology categories once respondents complete the survey.

STRATMOR has opened its 2026 Technology Insight Study Lender Intelligence Survey, inviting mortgage lenders to share firsthand experience with the technology they use to run their businesses, according to Mortgage News Daily.

The survey is designed to reflect actual lender experience and provide an independent view of user satisfaction and its Lender Loyalty Score across a range of mortgage technology categories, with results available free of charge after lenders complete the survey.

The outlet also highlighted adjacent mortgage-technology messaging in the same update, including a note that Total Expert described a shift away from traditional CRM approaches toward what it calls a customer operating system that pairs context and AI-driven actions to handle rate and other opportunity signals.

American Heritage Lending was mentioned as well, offering “AHL Express Processing,” which the update described as a done-for-you processing option available on all loan products with an account manager supporting borrower communication and document collection for a fee of $895 per loan.
