Japan plans first-ever fighter jet deployment to India next month
Japan plans to deploy fighter jets in India for the first time next month, a move tied to strengthening security cooperation in the Indo-Pacific, according to experts cited by SCMP.
The outlet says Japan is making the decision as it ramps up defense spending in response to China’s growing military power.
