ISC partners with CFC to add standalone cyber coverage

The ISCx marketplace program provides first- and third-party cyber coverage, including ransomware, cyber extortion, and incident-response costs, with online quote, bind, and policy issuance for brokers.

Insurance marketplace provider ISC has partnered with CFC to make standalone cyber coverage available through its ISCx digital marketplace, allowing brokers to quote, bind, and issue policies online. According to Coverager, the program offers first- and third-party coverage for businesses of all sizes, covering risks such as ransomware, social engineering fraud, cyber extortion, business interruption, regulatory fines, legal defense, and incident-response costs. Policyholders also receive cyber-risk tools, including phishing training, dark-web monitoring, vulnerability scanning, threat intelligence, and incident-response planning.

The partnership also provides coverage that can be purchased alongside other ISC products, and it expands the offering across lines that include Tech E&O, Professional Liability, eHealth, Intellectual Property, Management Liability, Media, and Cyber Proactive Response policies, Coverager said.

ISC noted that as part of the rollout it will take over MGA responsibilities for the two carriers during Q3, adding another insurance relationship for the company while the cyber program moves through its digital distribution channel.
