OneKey MLS expands Ocusell listing tech for agents
The MLS chief said early usage and account creation for the Ocusell rollout are stronger than typical early product launches.
OneKey MLS CEO Richard Haggerty says the platform has expanded Ocusell’s listing management technology to its agents to reduce friction in the listing workflow. HousingWire reports the tools now available through OneKey include assisted remarks, automated field population, and streamlined photo management.
Haggerty framed the move around flexibility and data control, arguing that MLS value increasingly depends on how agents can use data rather than on data access alone. He also said OneKey is targeting demand from participants in adjoining markets that want a single point of entry with data flowing into multiple MLSs.
In discussing AI within MLS workflows, Haggerty said AI can support basic queries and help refine searches, but complex tasks still require human calls. HousingWire reports he is also warning the industry not to take MLS value for granted amid broader shifts.
Haggerty pointed to New York’s market challenges, including affordability pressures and low inventory, and said OneKey will measure the rollout’s return primarily through usage, with early numbers described as strong and including rapid account creation.
