Pro Global hires Jessica Robinson as Senior Compliance Consultant
The appointment is aimed at helping insurers and other regulated entities assess conduct risk and test whether compliance controls are working in practice amid expanding regulatory demands.
Pro Global, an insurance specialist services and advisory firm, has appointed Jessica Robinson as Senior Compliance Consultant, strengthening compliance advisory and assurance within its Audit & Advisory practice, according to Reinsurance News.
Robinson will use more than 15 years of insurance compliance experience covering regulatory compliance, conduct risk, and insurance operations to help clients assess conduct risk and the effectiveness of their compliance frameworks.
The firm said the role comes as compliance teams confront a more complex regulatory landscape, including Consumer Duty obligations, heightened scrutiny around operational resilience, and challenges tied to the rapid adoption of AI and the need for effective human oversight.
Pro Global also said demand is rising for guidance that connects regulatory requirements to day-to-day insurance operations, and it cited conduct risk as an area where clients want more than policy and procedure checklists.
In comments carried by Reinsurance News, Pro Global’s Group Head of Audit & Advisory Pervin Sivanathan said clients increasingly want to understand whether controls deliver intended customer outcomes and where emerging risks could surface later in the business.
