Colliers completes sale of Eagan Medical Center in Minnesota
The 43,419-square-foot medical office was acquired by Tareen Development Partners in December 2024 for a value-add effort that included rebranding and improvements.
ConnectCRE reports that Colliers has completed the sale of Eagan Medical Center, an outpatient facility at 1185 Town Centre Drive in Eagan, Minnesota.
The transaction was led by Colliers team members Tom O’Brien, Louis Suarez, Jordan Selbiger, and Misty Bowe, who represented the seller, Tareen Development Partners (TDP).
ConnectCRE says TDP acquired the property in December 2024 to launch a value-add initiative, including rebranding the former Town Centre Plaza as Eagan Medical Center, completing targeted improvements, and driving leasing activity.
The 43,419-square-foot medical office is anchored by MNGI Digestive Health, Minnesota Urology, and Tareen Dermatology, with additional specialty healthcare providers, and it sits near Interstates 35E and 494 with ample surface and underground parking.
