The changes include promotions and new executives effective September 1 at several firms, spanning Florida homeowners carriers and Hannover Re's life pricing analytics.

Several insurance organizations announced leadership changes this week across broking, reinsurance, cyber underwriting and claims leadership, with multiple appointments effective September 1.

Windward Risk Managers promoted Cindy Murphy to chief accounting officer, effective September 1. Murphy joined the company in 2005 and previously rose through finance roles while managing oversight for entities including Florida Peninsula Insurance Company, Edison Insurance Company and Ovation Home Insurance Exchange, according to Insurance Business.

Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America named Sean Conrad senior vice president and head of traditional life pricing and data analytics, placing him in charge of traditional pricing, data analytics and accelerated underwriting within the Traditional Life Solutions business. Conrad joined Hannover Re in 2011 and previously held roles including accelerated underwriting, digital distribution and mortality analytics, the outlet said.

Ameritas named Kelly Halverson executive vice president of its individual division effective September 1, succeeding Ryan Beasley, who is retiring. Insurance Business said Halverson previously served as senior vice president, individual chief actuary and underwriting, and began her Ameritas career as an actuarial intern, adding she also serves on LIMRA's Annuity Advisory Board.
