Jamestown refinances Sandy Springs retail centers with $72M loan

The refinancing covers Parkside Shops and Hammond Exchange, totaling more than 340,000 square feet and anchored by Whole Foods.

Jamestown has secured a $72 million floating-rate loan from accounts managed by KKR to refinance two Sandy Springs retail properties, Parkside Shops and Hammond Exchange, according to ConnectCRE.

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the financing for the centers, which together include more than 340,000 square feet of space and sit at the corner of Roswell Road and Hammond Drive, south of City Springs.

The properties feature Whole Foods as an anchor, along with tenants that include Marshalls, HomeGoods, Petco, and The Springs Cinema & Taphouse.

ConnectCRE also said the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports Jamestown has positioned the sites for potential future mixed-use redevelopment opportunities.
