Mylène Martin-Ahmine named COO for Liberty Europe
The appointment places Martin-Ahmine under Liberty Europe President Pierre-Edouard Fraigneau and tasks her with operational consistency across the region.
Liberty Specialty Markets, part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has appointed Mylène Martin-Ahmine as Chief Operating Officer for Liberty Europe, according to Reinsurance News.
In the new role, she will help drive operational excellence across the Europe region, with a stated focus on greater consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement, and will report into Pierre-Edouard Fraigneau, President of Liberty Europe.
Martin-Ahmine has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, and previously joined Liberty from Swiss Re Paris, where her most recent position was Head of Operations for France and Spain.
Liberty also said the appointment is intended to support its Invest in Europe strategy as part of its 2030 plan, with Fraigneau describing Martin-Ahmine as an addition to the European leadership team.
