Partners Real Estate names ex-Floor & Decor executive as president of new offering

Bryan Dodge will be based in Raleigh, North Carolina, as the firm expands its occupier growth and development practice into the Carolinas.

Partners Real Estate has hired Bryan Dodge as president of a newly introduced occupier growth and development offering, aiming to expand the Houston-based firm’s national reach, according to Bisnow.

Dodge joins Partners from Floor & Decor, where he served as chief real estate and business development officer and helped spearhead the company’s real estate and development program, which drove Floor & Decor’s national expansion.

Partners said the new offering is designed to help high-growth occupiers scale deliberately, profitably, and sustainably. Dodge will be based in Raleigh, North Carolina, marking Partners’ first expansion to the state, and he will report to CEO Jon Silberman.

Bisnow reports that Silberman said the Carolinas were a target for growth, adding that clients prefer not to manage multiple firms for one assignment and the handoffs between them. Dodge brings 25 years of retail growth and development leadership, including real estate strategy experience during the Office Depot-OfficeMax merger, the outlet said.
