Related Ross closes on land for Wellington mixed-use Village Landing
The project includes an 180-room hotel and more than 300,000 combined square feet of retail, office, and restaurant space, with groundbreaking expected this fall.
Related Ross has closed on the land for Village Landing, a planned mixed-use development at the intersection of Stribling Way and State Road 7 in Wellington, according to ConnectCRE.
The developer expects to break ground this fall on a walkable village center anchored by a village square and a lakefront boardwalk, including six connected plazas and green spaces.
Village Landing is planned to bring an 180-room hotel and more than 300,000 combined square feet of retail, office, and restaurant space.
ConnectCRE also reports the development would feature more than 80 shops, daytime cafes, market concepts, and destination restaurants, along with community programming such as farmers markets and holiday festivals, marking Related Ross’s first major South Florida expansion beyond West Palm Beach.
