Stewart buys ProTitleUSA and DocSolutionUSA to expand title services
Stewart said the acquired firms will add title analytics, portfolio diligence, and real estate document generation, while financial terms were not disclosed.
Stewart Information Services acquired ProTitleUSA and DocSolutionUSA to expand its centralized title and lender services platform, the company said Tuesday.
HousingWire reports the deal adds title analytics, portfolio diligence, and real estate document generation capabilities aimed at mortgage servicers, investors, and capital markets clients, including servicer and investor teams that rely on title analytics and document preparation to price, trade, and manage mortgage assets.
Stewart said the additions are intended to streamline workflows for mortgage and real estate customers by combining title, document, and transaction capabilities to help clients execute faster, reduce complexity, and manage risk across the asset lifecycle.
The companies said the financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed, and Solomon Partners served as exclusive financial adviser to ProTitleUSA and DocSolutionUSA.
