Stewart Title acquires Tower Title in deal for telecom and energy work

The acquisition adds Tower Title’s services for telecommunications projects plus renewable energy, data centers, and billboards to Stewart’s Energy and Infrastructure group.

Stewart Title has acquired Tower Title, a national title-services provider that supports telecommunications infrastructure projects, the company said. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Tower Title, founded in 2019, provides title services for telecommunications projects and other infrastructure-focused work, including solar farms, wind turbines, data centers, and billboards. The business will be folded into Stewart National Commercial Services’ Energy and Infrastructure group.

Tower Title co-founder and CEO Kevin Bradley said the company will continue serving customers with Stewart’s backing, describing the deal as a strategic fit and a step in Stewart’s commercial growth. Bradley added that Tower Title’s leadership team is positioned to support vision for emerging markets.

Stewart also noted that ProTitle and DocSolution will be added to its existing title, closing, settlement, and mortgage-services platform, bringing analytics, product-creation, and automation capabilities. NAN, named in the announcement, brings more than two decades of appraisal management experience, along with a national network and client relationships.
