Founder of private investment firm charged over alleged pre-IPO pricing
Federal prosecutors, according to a Markets report from The Wall Street Journal, have charged William Sarris, the founder of Linqto, a private-company investment firm.
Prosecutors allege that Sarris marked up the prices of pre-IPO shares, which prosecutors say misled investors, according to the report.
