HousingWire creates centralized Insights function under Bill Sullivan

The centralized team will standardize and coordinate core research assets, including the Housing Market Tracker and home price forecast.

HousingWire has formed a centralized Insights function to unify its research and data operations across its portfolio, including HousingWire Data, HousingWire Intelligence, Altos Research, Keeping Current Matters and RealTrends, the company said.

Bill Sullivan, formerly executive vice president of growth at Keeping Current Matters, will lead the new group and report to CEO Clayton Collins. HousingWire said the change takes effect immediately.

The new function will standardize and schedule key assets such as the Housing Market Tracker, its home price forecast, and agent and broker sentiment surveys. HousingWire said these materials will be embedded directly into HousingWire Intelligence and KCM products, with a Data and Research Committee coordinating shared investment priorities.

HousingWire said the goal is to deliver decision-ready insights for mortgage and real estate professionals on a timeline that matches market change, and to integrate content into existing subscriber workflows rather than relying on separate, stand-alone reports. Collins said the housing industry has more of a translation issue than a data shortage.
