Spot Ether and XRP ETF inflows reverse as Bitcoin funds rebound

Ether spot ETFs saw $48.0 million in net outflows on Wednesday, ending a 12-day inflow streak that totaled $1.62 billion, while XRP spot ETF inflows ended after about $170 million over 11 sessions.

Spot Ether and XRP exchange-traded fund inflow streaks ended on Wednesday as crypto fund flows turned mixed, with Bitcoin ETFs rebounding, according to Cointelegraph. SoSoValue data showed spot Ether ETFs recorded $48 million in net outflows, ending 12 consecutive trading days of inflows that had drawn $1.62 billion.

Farside Investors data attributed much of the Ether outflow to iShares Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHA), which posted $53.4 million in net outflows. Fidelity Ethereum Fund (FETH) lost $26.2 million and Grayscale Ethereum Staking ETF (ETHE) shed $23.5 million, while BlackRock’s staked Ether ETF (ETHB) partially offset withdrawals with about $53 million in net inflows.

Spot XRP ETFs also flipped to outflows, with $7.2 million in net outflows on Wednesday and an end to an 11-session inflow streak. That streak added about $170 million and lifted cumulative XRP ETF inflows to about $1.68 billion.

Bitcoin ETFs moved in the opposite direction, pulling in $101.2 million on Wednesday after $236.5 million in net outflows the prior day. CoinGecko data cited crypto prices slipping over the prior week, with Ether down 3.4%, XRP down 2.4%, and Bitcoin down 1.3%, at the time of publication.
