Vestal Point Capital leases 12,139 sq ft at 11 East 26th Street

The firm signed for the entire 12th floor across from Madison Square Park, with asking rent above $130 per square foot.

Vestal Point Capital, an investment firm and hedge fund manager, is relocating its New York City offices after signing a long-term lease for 12,139 square feet at Rockrose Development’s 11 East 26th Street, Commercial Observer reported.

The company will take the entire 12th floor of the 21-story office complex, located across from Madison Square Park. Vestal Point Capital’s current address is listed on its website as 632 Broadway in NoHo, though it was unclear when the move will happen.

Commercial Observer said the exact lease term was not disclosed, but the asking rent was more than $130 per square foot, according to a source familiar with the deal. Newmark’s William Cohen and Ariel Harwood served as the exclusive leasing agents, while Brian Goldman and Cooper Weisman represented the tenant.

The property is a two-building office complex connected to 15 East 26th Street, and its second floor includes an amenity club with a workout space, private lounge, whiskey locker area, and a grab-and-go kitchen. Other tenants listed at 11 East 26th Street include Sierra, an artificial intelligence firm, and Activate Consulting.
