David Jent Realty affiliates with REMAX and rebrands in Tennessee
The 1980-founded brokerage operates two offices in Lewisburg and Chapel Hill and will transition its 18 agents under the REMAX David Jent Realty name.
David Jent Realty has affiliated with REMAX and rebranded as REMAX David Jent Realty, a move the brokerage says brings REMAX technology, marketing tools, and a referral network to its local operations in Tennessee.
The family-owned firm, founded in 1980 and led by broker-owner Jason Jent, has two offices in Lewisburg and Chapel Hill and is supported by a team of 18 agents during the transition.
REMAX David Jent Realty will continue to emphasize a family-oriented culture and a client-first approach, while using franchise systems intended to standardize marketing and lead generation.
In the announcement, Jason Jent said the strength and visibility of the REMAX name were key factors, adding that recognized brands can be especially important when people relocate and look for familiarity they can trust.
