MS Transverse names three new directors to its board
The specialty insurance platform added Michael Angelina, Bryan Sanders, and Kevin Traetow as it said it is continuing to develop its business and industry partnerships.
MS Transverse, a specialty insurance platform that works with programme administrators and managing general agents, strengthened its Board of Directors with the appointment of Michael Angelina, Bryan Sanders, and Kevin Traetow.
The company said the three directors bring combined experience in specialty insurance, reinsurance, actuarial work, underwriting, and strategic management as it continues to build its partnership platform and grow its position in the market.
In a board comment carried by Reinsurance News, CEO John Fitzgerald said the new directors’ experience across specialty insurance and actuarial risk management strengthens the board.
Angelina joined the board after a four-decade career in actuarial, risk management, and senior insurance leadership, including chief risk officer and chief actuary roles at Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer Endurance Specialty Holdings. Sanders brings more than 40 years of experience spanning specialty insurance underwriting and corporate strategy, most recently as Chairman, US Wholesale & Specialty at Markel.
