AXA partners with Publicis Sapient to scale its global AI hub
The partnership will expand AXA’s “Global AI Hub,” with its first platform version delivered in July and already in use across five AXA entities.
AXA, the France-headquartered insurance and asset management group, has partnered with Publicis Sapient to accelerate its enterprise AI transformation through further development of a standardised “Global AI Hub.” Reinsurance News reports the effort is intended to help AXA deploy AI agents more safely, securely, and responsibly across its operations, while reducing time-to-market and common infrastructure costs.
The hub is designed to create shared global and standardised foundations so AXA entities can focus on business value rather than independently building basic AI technology. According to Reinsurance News, the approach is vendor-agnostic and includes governance and operating controls across the AI lifecycle, including FinOps, SafetyOps, security, compliance, and human oversight.
Reinsurance News said the hub’s first platform version was delivered in July and is already in use across five AXA entities, including operations in Germany, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and AXA XL. The companies also pointed to early use cases spanning motor claims automation, customer email processing, and enterprise knowledge management.
AXA said the hub will support concepts to production transitions and enable governance and technology independence, while Publicis Sapient said enterprise AI delivers the greatest value when it combines industry expertise with engineering foundations and governance.
