Bright MLS plans AI Academy for more than 100,000 subscribers by 2026
The platform, built with Cypher Learning, is designed to deliver role-based training and conversational AI access to Bright’s product resources and workflows.
Bright MLS said it will launch an AI-powered learning platform and an “AI Academy” by the end of 2026 for more than 100,000 real estate professional subscribers, expanding access to training, webinars, and AI-assisted materials in one place.
According to HousingWire, Bright MLS is building the system with Cypher Learning to centralize product education and proprietary resources in a personalized environment tailored to each user’s role and needs.
The effort is intended to move agents and brokers beyond basic AI awareness toward using AI in day to day work, including productivity, client service, and adapting to evolving industry practices, HousingWire reports.
Bright said the academy will be built around its own products, workflows, and data, with features expected to include conversational, AI-assisted access to information from its knowledge base, structured learning paths created from existing content, personalized course recommendations, self-paced learning, assessments, and completion certificates.
