ID Plans digitizes commercial real estate to support the asset lifecycle

The platform, founded in 1999, says it covers more than 3 billion square feet across the United States and counts multiple major firms as clients.

Commercial Observer highlights ID Plans, a platform whose chief strategy officer, Jordan Hearin, says the company digitizes the physical reality of commercial real estate assets to power decisions across the property lifecycle.

The technology is used for leasing, property management, construction, and asset management, according to the outlet’s summary of Hearin’s role.

ID Plans was founded in 1999 and, as described, now covers over 3 billion square feet across the US.

The story also lists several clients, including Regency Centers, JLL, Brixmor Property Group, Kite Realty, and DLC Management.
