Innovo signs four tenants for 350,000 SF at Long Island City complex
The Review Avenue Complex at 28-90 Review Ave. is over 50% leased less than three months after construction finished, with deals totaling 350,000 square feet.
Innovo Property Group has signed four tenants totaling 350,000 square feet at the Review Avenue Complex, a 652,000-square-foot Class A vertical industrial building in Long Island City, Queens, according to Bisnow.
Bisnow reports that the project, located at 28-90 Review Ave., wrapped construction and began leasing after the summer start. More than half of the building’s space is now accounted for, with Edge Auto Rental taking 78,000 square feet on the ground floor about four months ago, and 1-800-GOT-JUNK? signing 41,000 square feet in June on the ground and third floors.
The remaining leases include Contenur, a Spanish manufacturer of urban waste containerization systems, taking 114,000 square feet on the second floor, and Roadway Moving signing for 117,000 square feet on the first floor. The building offers clear heights up to 32 feet, direct drive-up access and loading on every floor, truck courts, and flexible industrial space, Bisnow said.
Bisnow also notes the property’s proximity to Innovo’s Borden Complex, a 1 million-square-foot vertical industrial building at 23-30 Borden Ave., and cites comments from Pinnacle Realty of New York’s brokerage team that the leasing momentum reflects the market demand for vertical industrial space in a space-constrained New York City.
