Oxbow advances Tobin Hill office and apartments project in San Antonio
The planned development at 111 Isleta would add 86 apartments, 140,000 square feet of office space, and 10 retail buildings, with groundbreak expected by the end of 2026.
A San Antonio planning board has approved a mixed office-and-residential project for Oxbow in the Tobin Hill area, with the company planning development at 111 Isleta, according to ConnectCRE.
Oxbow is targeting 86 apartments and 140,000 square feet of office space, and the plan also includes a third component of 10 planned retail buildings on Pearl’s campus, as described in coverage cited by ConnectCRE.
The developer expects to break ground on the project by the end of 2026 and bring it online in either 2028 or 2029, ConnectCRE said.
ConnectCRE also noted that Oxbow recently delivered the Coopers Row apartments, is working on the Mira apartment project and Perlen House hotel, and is considering other mixed-use developments in Southtown and New Braunfels.
