Albion West End hits topping-out milestone in St. Louis
The 30-story project is on track for first residents in spring and full completion in summer 2027.
Albion Residential and Clayco said their Albion West End project in St. Louis reached its topping-out milestone, completing the building’s structural frame.
The developers said the milestone supports an on schedule delivery of the 30-story luxury residential tower in the Central West End, with first residents expected in spring and full completion targeted for summer 2027.
Located at 4974 Lindell Boulevard, the development will ultimately include 305 luxury residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, plus ground-floor retail.
ConnectCRE said the tower is also planned with amenities including a resort-style pool deck and a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views, along with hospitality-inspired community spaces; the project team includes Koplar Properties, LJC, Ventana and Concrete Strategies.
