Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices names Cheri Hagan Nevada office manager

Hagan will lead the St. Rose office, which operates 24 locations and recorded $4.7 billion in 2025 sales.

HousingWire reports that Cheri Hagan, a nearly 15-year real estate veteran and former Coldwell Banker manager, has been named manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties' St. Rose office.

In the new role, Hagan will work with the St. Rose leadership team with a focus on agent engagement and retention, and on strengthening the office community.

HousingWire says the firm operates 24 offices with 2,700 agents, and completed $4.7 billion in 2025 sales, and that Hagan previously spent more than a decade as a top-producing agent before moving into brokerage management.

Hagan is also working toward obtaining her Nevada real estate license and increasing her involvement in the Las Vegas real estate community, according to HousingWire.
