Broadcom buys Irvine corporate campus for $325 million
The 660,893-square-foot property spans a 9.6-acre site and includes two five-story office buildings plus 2,989 parking spaces.
Broadcom has acquired the Broadcom Corporate Campus in Irvine from PRP Real Assets in a deal valued at $325 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The campus covers 660,893 square feet within the Irvine Spectrum District, and consists of two five-story office buildings at 15101 and 15191 Alton Pkwy.
Completed in 2017 and 2018, the property was designed by Gensler as Broadcom’s corporate headquarters and includes significant research and development capabilities.
PRP Real Assets said the transaction reflects the asset’s importance to Broadcom’s operations, citing its tenant profile and “mission-critical” net lease strategy approach.
