Freeburg will replace Bryan Joyner, who is retiring at the end of the year after 34 years with the firm.
Clise Properties has named Benjamin Freeburg as its next chief financial officer, according to ConnectCRE.
Freeburg will succeed Bryan Joyner, who is set to retire at the end of the year after 34 years with the company.
ConnectCRE said Freeburg has more than 20 years of experience in real estate finance, including leadership roles across private and institutional investment and asset management organizations.
In the past two years, Freeburg served as CFO at Martin Selig Real Estate, following earlier roles at Aegis Living and Echelon Capital, after beginning his career at BlackRock, ConnectCRE added.
