Fred Beans to build Ford truck center on Bucks County site
The 1.8-acre property at 857 N. Easton Road will be redeveloped into a 20,000 SF Ford truck center, replacing a roughly 5,000 SF tire shop.
Fred Beans Family of Dealerships has bought a 1.8-acre site at 857 N. Easton Road on the outskirts of a Bucks County suburb, with plans to replace an existing tire shop with a new Ford truck center.
According to Bisnow, the development will total 20,000 SF for the Ford truck center. The seller, Bergey’s Auto Group, previously operated a tire shop at the location, which it purchased in 1979, and a spokesperson for the brokerage declined to disclose the sale price.
In other transactions highlighted in the same roundup, Independence Realty Trust is merging with Centerspace, and Colliers Senior Vice President Rich Weitzman coordinated the Bergey’s Fred Beans deal. The roundup also lists office and leasing activity across the Philadelphia region, including a Fort Washington office building sale and new lease activity.
