HelmGuard raises $7.3 million for AI risk and compliance platform
The seed round will fund a US expansion, new hires, and development of its AI-agent assurance and Verified Risk Network products.
HelmGuard, an AI-powered security and compliance platform, raised $7.3 million in seed funding, according to Coverager.
The round was co-led by Infinity Ventures and Frontline, with participation from FinTech Collective, Stage 2 Capital and Entrepreneurs First. The company, founded in 2024 and headquartered in London, plans to expand in the US and hire across engineering and go-to-market roles.
HelmGuard said it uses AI agents to collect and assess risk information from source systems, automate third-party risk reviews, and monitor the behavior of other AI agents. The platform serves companies in financial services, insurance, healthcare and industrial sectors.
Coverager also reported that HelmGuard will develop its AI-agent assurance and Verified Risk Network products. The company has offices in London, New York and San Francisco, and was co-founded by former Palantir executive John Daley.
