New York Life joins Dayforce Benefits Edge for benefits administration
The partnership includes prebuilt integrations for eligibility and enrollment data and a single sign-on connection for evidence of insurability decisions.
New York Life has joined Dayforce Benefits Edge, expanding a carrier partner program aimed at improving connectivity between insurers and the Dayforce benefits administration platform, according to Coverager.
Under the partnership, shared customers will get prebuilt integrations, streamlined benefit plan setup, and a coordinated flow of eligibility and enrollment data between the systems. New York Life said the integration is intended to reduce manual administrative work and improve enrollment timing.
Coverager reports that New York Life also launched an Evidence of Insurability single sign-on connection with automated decision returns, positioning it as the first carrier to offer the capability through Dayforce’s API framework.
The companies plan to explore additional capabilities related to enrollment, benefits administration, and employee engagement, while New York Life also noted it plans to pay an estimated $2.78 billion in dividends to eligible participating policyowners in 2026.
