Reassured partners with Adviser.ai to automate life insurance outreach
During a September 2025 pilot, 13.0% of customers disclosed a vulnerability and 17.6% asked for help with policy documents.
UK life insurance broker Reassured has partnered with customer-engagement platform Adviser.ai to automate and personalize marketing and policy service outreach. Adviser.ai is intended to handle communications including service inquiries, policy follow-ups, cross-selling, and customer retention via email and SMS.
Reassured started testing the platform in September 2025, focusing on retention, benefit reminders, and post-sale checks. In the pilot, 13.0% of customers disclosed a vulnerability and requested additional support, while 17.6% contacted the broker about policy documents.
The trial also saw 5.3% of customers update or confirm application details, and 19.1% express interest in placing their policy in trust. The platform aims to reduce administrative work for agents and flag which customers may need follow-up or extra help.
According to Coverager, the partnership follows a tender process and includes life and critical illness quotes from the provider. Reassured said the effort is designed to support access to coverage even for people whose medical conditions prevent them from qualifying for its own insurance offerings.
