SL Green sells SoHo office 110 Greene Street for $226M

The sale of the 223,000-square-foot Class A building follows SL Green’s plan announced in late 2025 to market up to $2.5 billion of properties, including offices and residential conversions.

SL Green Realty has sold 110 Greene Street, a 13-story, 223,000-square-foot Class A office building in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, to Natora Group for $226 million, Commercial Observer reported. The transaction was arranged by Eastdil Secured Savills’ Gary Phillips, Will Silverman, and Carly Shoulberg. SL Green previously said it was aiming to sell the property, which includes a Balenciaga store on the ground floor, as part of a broader disposition strategy.

The sale comes after SL Green announced in late 2025 that it planned to sell up to $2.5 billion of residential and commercial real estate from its portfolio in the coming months, with at least nine buildings expected to be put on the market. The REIT’s planned offloads include properties such as 1350 Sixth Avenue, 245 Park Avenue, and 750 Third Avenue, which is being converted into nearly 700 apartment units, Commercial Observer added.
