SL Green to sell 110 Greene St. SoHo office for $226M
The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter, with proceeds earmarked to repay unsecured corporate debt.
SL Green Realty Corp. has entered into an agreement to sell 110 Greene St. in SoHo to Natora Group for $226.0 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The property is a 13-story Class A office building totaling 223,000 square feet, located between Prince and Spring streets, with frontages on both Greene and Mercer streets.
ConnectCRE said Eastdil Secured advised SL Green on the transaction, and the company highlighted that its leasing strategy at 110 Greene brought the building to full occupancy at market-leading rents.
The sale is expected to close in the fourth quarter and is projected to generate approximately $216.0 million of net cash proceeds, which SL Green plans to use to repay unsecured corporate debt.
