CBRE signs three Minneapolis area office leases for advisory and services
The company leased 15,586 square feet in Edina, 5,871 square feet at U.S. Bancorp Center, and 27,331 square feet at One Meridian in Richfield.
CBRE has signed three office leases across the Minneapolis–St. Paul region to support its advisory local brokerage and business service organization operations, ConnectCRE reported.
The advisory group will take space including a 15,586-square-foot lease at Arcadia, 5115 Arcadia Ave. in Edina. CBRE also leased 5,871 square feet at U.S. Bancorp Center, a 937,000-square-foot, 32-story office building owned by Piedmont Realty Trust that has undergone extensive renovations, the outlet said.
In Richfield, CBRE leased 27,331 square feet at One Meridian to house its business service organization, property management accounting, and investment accounting and reporting businesses. ConnectCRE added that the 204,862-square-foot, eight-story building, also owned by Piedmont Realty Trust, is undergoing renovations.
ConnectCRE said Opus is constructing an 118,000-square-foot, six-story building and CBRE is among the initial tenants scheduled to occupy the property upon delivery. The report also listed CBRE representatives including John Ferlita and John Lorence for the Edina transaction, Brandon Megal for the U.S. Bancorp Center lease, and John Lorence for the One Meridian negotiations.
