Mutual of Enumclaw rolls out new brand and expands digital tools
The insurer said the redesign will roll out across its digital channels and agent and member materials, alongside added electronic payments.
Coverager reports that Mutual of Enumclaw, a Washington-based regional insurer founded in 1898, has introduced a new brand design as it seeks to strengthen its position in the Pacific Northwest and deepen relationships with independent agents.
The company said the update will start appearing across its digital channels, agent and member materials, workplaces, and communications, reflecting its growth strategy and focus on families, businesses, and farms in the region. Mutual of Enumclaw has more than 350 employees and offers personal, business, and farm and ranch coverage.
Coverager also notes that the insurer has leveraged Snapsheet’s virtual appraisal capabilities since 2017 and is extending its digital offering to include electronic payments for added convenience and efficiency. It is also expanding its technology work through a partnership with Roost, a home telematics provider for property insurance carriers.
