SiriusPoint names Rachel Winoski chief human resources officer

Winoski starts Oct. 5, 2026, based in New York, and will report to CEO Scott Egan.

SiriusPoint Ltd. has appointed Rachel Winoski as its chief human resources officer, effective Oct. 5, 2026, according to Risk & Insurance.

Winoski joins from AXA XL, where she served as chief HR officer for the Americas. The company said she has more than 15 years of HR leadership experience in the insurance industry, including leading organizational transformations, supporting acquisitions and integrations, and building global HR functions across talent, culture, employee relations, and inclusion.

SiriusPoint said Winoski will be based in New York and will report to CEO Scott Egan. She succeeds Sarah Smith, who has served as interim chief human resources officer since April 2026 and will continue as HR director while partnering with SiriusPoint’s UK and European operations.
