Fathom Re appoints Horace JJ Mann Johnson III as Managing Partner
The managing partner role includes expanding Fathom Re's client base, recruiting talent, and pursuing further business development.
Fathom Reinsurance Partners LLC, an independent reinsurance intermediary, has appointed Horace (JJ) Mann Johnson III as Managing Partner, according to Reinsurance News.
Johnson brings more than 30 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, with expertise across property and casualty reinsurance, multiple business lines, and reinsurance structures, plus prior senior leadership roles at other reinsurance intermediaries.
In his new position, Johnson will help set the firm’s strategic direction, with responsibilities that include broadening Fathom Re’s client base, recruiting talent, and identifying opportunities for additional business development.
The appointment adds senior industry experience to the firm’s management team as it continues developing its business after its launch.
