Hong Kong Exco declarations show new business roles for former lawmakers
The updated declarations, published after several ministers left the legislature in December, also highlight Janice Tse Siu-wa as the biggest landlord among ministers.
Hong Kong’s Executive Council, the city’s top decision making body, published updated declarations of interest this week, outlining new business ventures and corporate board appointments for several former veteran lawmakers, according to the SCMP Economy.
The documents also detail that these Exco members took on new roles after stepping down as legislators last December.
SCMP Economy reports that constitutional affairs chief Janice Tse Siu-wa remains the biggest landlord among the ministers, based on the information contained in the annually updated filings.
