PBP Real Estate launches AI practice tool for agent prospecting calls
The platform ends practice sessions with scorecards that suggest what to improve in an agent’s next call.
HousingWire reports that PBP Real Estate has launched PBP Practice, an in-house AI tool that lets agents rehearse prospecting, listing, and buyer conversations with an AI prospect that responds in real time.
After each practice session, agents receive a structured scorecard outlining what went well, areas for improvement, and specific suggestions for their next call. The tool also includes a way for agents to listen back to practice calls when feedback flags parts of the conversation for further review.
PBP Practice is designed to avoid memorization by using scenarios that vary from call to call. Agents can access the platform through a desktop or mobile browser, or by calling a practice line from their cellphones between appointments.
The brokerage said the tool currently includes 13 conversation types based on its seller and buyer scripts, including scenarios such as expired listings, for-sale-by-owner calls, listing presentation conversations, objection-handling drills, and price adjustment discussions. PBP Practice does not contact real clients, and instead is meant to supplement broker coaching.
