Uplist adds Arcasa zero-down FHA option via listing QR codes
The integration is available in 46 states and lets buyers compare standard financing with an Arcasa scenario that bundles down payment assistance and solar financing, showing estimated monthly utility savings.
HousingWire reports that Uplist, a homebuyer intelligence platform that displays mortgage payment options on property listings, has partnered with Arcasa to add a zero-down FHA payment assistance option to its listing tools.
The companies said homebuyers can view the Arcasa scenario by scanning a listing QR code or opening a personalized shopping link from a loan officer. The option combines down payment assistance and solar financing into a single FHA loan and includes estimated monthly utility savings tied to the solar system.
Uplist said the integration is designed to help buyers assess affordability before connecting with a loan officer, and it can be viewed without creating an account, providing a Social Security number, or triggering a credit pull. The program, available in 46 states, also said the down payment assistance has no income limits or first-time homebuyer requirement, does not add a separate monthly payment, does not increase the mortgage rate, and is not issued as a 1099.
The announcement comes as Uplist displays the resulting zero-down financing alongside standard financing, using Arcasa’s estimate engine to calculate the available down payment assistance, solar financing amounts, and estimated utility savings for the selected lender and scenario.
