Aon names Jane Drummond global chief commercial officer
The appointment is effective Jan. 1, 2027, and Drummond will lead the firm’s go-to-market strategy and chair its Global Growth Committee.
Aon has appointed Jane Drummond as its global chief commercial officer, effective Jan. 1, 2027, the company said in an industry announcement carried by Risk & Insurance.
Drummond will report to Andy Marcell, Aon’s deputy CEO and senior executive vp for Risk Capital and Human Capital, and will also serve on the Aon Executive Committee, based in Chicago.
In the role, she will lead Aon’s global go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and growth across Global Solution Lines, and will chair the company’s Global Growth Committee.
Risk & Insurance also noted that Drummond joined Aon in 2009 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the risk and insurance industry, covering risk management, risk finance consulting, sales, and marketing.
