Bold Penguin has unveiled a new website and rebranded its commercial insurance platform as the Digital Exchange, powered by DeX AI, according to Coverager.
The company says the platform can take submissions from email, PDFs, ACORD forms and other systems, turn them into structured data, and match risks with markets to support quoting and binding.
Bold Penguin added that the updated offering includes submission intake, market intelligence, access to admitted and E&S markets, and coverage analysis.
Coverager also reported that directly appointed agents will be able to quote and bind workers’ compensation coverage solutions.
