Pistola Denim signs 17,922-square-foot office lease at ROW DTLA
The lease brings another fashion brand to Atlas Capital Group’s nearly 2 million-square-foot Downtown Los Angeles complex, with terms not disclosed.
Commercial Observer reports that denim and womenswear brand Pistola Denim has signed a 17,922-square-foot office lease at Atlas Capital Group’s ROW DTLA in Downtown Los Angeles.
The outlet says Pistola, founded by Grace Na in 2013, will move its creative team from warehouse and distribution space in Vernon, and the lease terms were not disclosed.
Commercial Observer adds that ROW DTLA spans 32 acres on the edge of the Arts District and includes more than 35 retailers, restaurants, wellness operators, and event spaces, with the property benefiting from proximity to Los Angeles’ Fashion District.
According to Commercial Observer, Pistola joins other fashion brands at the complex, including Adidas, Wilson, Revolve, Fashionphile, HOK, Day One Agency, and MidFirst Bank.
